Delete your account
You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, from inside the app. No need to email us, and we won’t ask why.
Delete from inside the app
- Open UNIT75 on your iPhone.
- If you’re signed out, sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap Account in the top-right corner.
- Tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete account now to confirm.
If your last sign-in is no longer recent, UNIT75 asks you to confirm with Apple, Google, or a six-digit email code already linked to that same account. A different account is never accepted.
There is no undo. Your notes, weigh-ins, and photos never reached us, so we have no copy to give back. Save what you want to keep before you start.
What gets deleted
Requesting deletion removes:
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Your name and profile.
- Your challenge, your list, and every day you ticked off.
- Every Moment and preset support signal you sent.
- Your Circle connections and pending invitations.
- Your notification settings.
- Everything on your phone — your notes, weigh-ins, and progress photos are wiped too.
Any partnership and Circle connections end at the same time, so everyone you shared with loses access straight away.
How long it takes
We disable account access straight away and sign you out, so nobody can get back in. With no active safety hold, ordinary backend deletion usually finishes within minutes.
Copies may sit in our backups and logs for a short while, until those are erased on their normal schedule.
If a shared Moment has an active safety report, final backend deletion may wait for up to 30 days so we can review the report, handle an appeal, or meet a legal obligation. During that hold the account stays disabled and its data is restricted and not visible in UNIT75. We finish deletion sooner when the hold is no longer needed unless law requires longer retention.
What other people keep
A former partner or Circle connection keeps their own account and history. What they lose is access to yours: your profile, progress, and shared media disappear from UNIT75.
Cancel your membership separately
Apple does the billing, not us, so we cannot cancel for you. Cancel at your Apple subscription settings — or in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Do it before or after you delete. Refunds go through Apple too.
Disconnect Sign in with Apple
If you used Sign in with Apple, UNIT75 asks Apple to remove its authorization while deleting your account. If Apple cannot confirm that request, your UNIT75 account is still deleted and the app tells you how to finish disconnecting it yourself.
Apple’s official steps are available in its Sign in with Apple account guide.
Just want a break?
You do not have to delete everything. Three lighter options:
- End the partnership — Settings → Account → End partnership. You keep your account and your history; they lose access.
- Disconnect a Circle connection — open the connection in Circle and choose Disconnect. Other connections are not affected.
- Sign out — leaves your notes, weigh-ins, and progress photos on your phone, ready for when you sign back in.
Cannot access the app?
Lost your phone, or cannot sign in? Email unit75app@gmail.com from the address on your account. We will check it is really yours, then delete it within 30 days.
