Terms of use

The deal between you and UNIT75. We have kept it plain, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.

Last updated August 30, 2026

Which terms apply

You get a licence to use UNIT75. You do not buy it outright. Your use is covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the standard EULA), plus the terms on this page. If the two ever clash, Apple’s covers the licence and ours covers the service.

Who can use it

You must be 13 or older, or older still if that is the age of digital consent where you live. UNIT75 is not directed to children below that age. You are responsible for choosing exercise and food that are appropriate for you.

Your account

  • Keep hold of the email on your account. Sign-in codes go there.
  • Never share a sign-in code, not even with us. We will never ask for one.
  • One account each and one partner at a time. Each Circle connection links exactly two current solo challenges or partnerships and requires every person on both sides to approve.
  • Invite codes work once and last 7 days. Do not post them in public.

Membership and billing

You need an active UNIT75 Pro membership. You each pay for your own — there is no shared or family plan.

Apple charges your Apple Account when you buy. It renews on its own unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple then charges you within 24 hours of the end of that period. The app shows the current monthly and annual options, duration, and localized App Store price before you pay.

Manage or cancel at your Apple subscription settings. Deleting your UNIT75 account does not stop the billing. You have to cancel that yourself. Refunds go through Apple, under Apple’s rules.

What you must not do

Do not use UNIT75 to:

  • Send anyone photos that are illegal, threatening, sexual, or meant to harass.
  • Share a photo of someone who did not agree to it.
  • Try to get into someone else’s account or data, evade a block, or get around partnership or Circle limits.
  • Attack, scan, or overload our servers, or stop them working normally.
  • Take the app apart, unless the law says you may.

There is no public discovery, chat, or comments. Every shared Partner or Circle Moment requires Apple’s on-device Sensitive Content Analysis to return a successful, non-sensitive result before upload. If analysis is unavailable, uncertain, changes policy, fails, or finds sensitive content, UNIT75 does not upload the photo. Moments can be reported. You can also block a person, disconnect, or end a partnership. Reports are reviewed by UNIT75. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or report illegal and urgent safety matters. See our community standards.

Your content

Your notes, weigh-ins, and photos are yours. You keep them.

You give us only the permission we need to run the app: to store a shared photo and show it to the audience you selected, apply the community standards, and review a safety report. Apple’s Sensitive Content Analysis runs on the iPhone; UNIT75 does not receive its result or send your photo to an outside image-moderation service. We never use your content to train models or market to you. Reported media may be kept in restricted access for up to 30 days while we investigate, handle an appeal, or meet a legal obligation. Your notes, weigh-ins, and Progress Photos never reach us at all — see the privacy policy.

Health disclaimer

UNIT75 is not a medical service

The app just records what you said you would do. It is not medical, diet, mental health, or fitness advice, and nothing in it is a diagnosis or a treatment.

Talk to a doctor before you start any new exercise or eating plan. That goes double if you are pregnant, have a health condition, take medication, or have struggled with eating in the past. Stop and get help if you feel unwell. What you put on your list, and how you chase it, is on you.

We are independent

UNIT75 is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the “75 HARD” program or any other fitness programme or brand. Any other names or logos belong to their owners, and we only use them to say what we are talking about.

When it breaks

We try to keep UNIT75 running, but we cannot promise it always will. Features may change, and we may drop parts of the app. If a change takes away something you paid for, we will give you fair warning.

A check-in you make offline has about 72 hours to sync. After that it may not go through.

Ending your account

You may stop using UNIT75 at any time and delete your account from within the app — see delete your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we think is being used illegally, or where the law makes us. We will tell you why when we can.

What we are not liable for

As far as the law allows, UNIT75 comes “as is” and “as available”, with no promises of any kind — including any implied promise that it is fit to sell, fit for your purpose, or free of other people’s claims.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for knock-on losses — lost data, lost profit, or damages meant to punish. Your notes, weigh-ins, and progress photos live only on your phone, so we cannot get them back and are not liable if you lose them. In total, we will never owe you more than you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Nothing here removes liability that the law says cannot be removed — including for death or injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some countries do not allow parts of the above, so they may not apply to you. You may also have consumer rights that these terms cannot touch.
